You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.

To qualify:

• Item must be unused.
• Original packaging must be intact.
• All accessories must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Include:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the package

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
